In my high conservatory, if you have PE, you don't enjoy to take a shower. No one does. If you're on a sports troop, you can take a shower, but just about 25% of the guys do. I reflect on the other 75% just wanna see the 25%'s penis, lol. =P

It depends on if they engineer you or not at your school. At my university it's optional, but not a soul does it. At others though it's required. So ask around the older kids to see if you hold to or not. If you do, just don't deduce about it, cart a quick shower, and achieve done with it. I can know where you're coming from.

    Treadmill vs. Elliptical?

    Recently found diabetes runs in kith and kin, father diagnosed 1yr ago. Past 4yrs I've gained 30lbs & presently made up mind to lose it. Past 1yr I've drastically changed my diet. I buy local & organic produce as much as possible. Don't fry foods, chomp through plenty fruits, vegetables, whole grain (flax, steel oats, quinoa, etc). Haven't omitted but do limit bread, dessert, rice, sugar intake. Eat mostly seafood, poultry, 2 /3 times/month red meat. Drink wet & green/coca tea (plain). Don't drink soda, rarely liquid. 2wks ago started walking home from work (3miles,1hr30m) Was going to gym but really dislike classes & tired of waiting 4 machines 2 become available. I enjoy treadmill & egg-shaped machine but not sure what's accurate 4 my body type. I'm latina & have larger lower body & smaller upper body-pear shape. Considering equipment to buy @ home (small NYC apartment). Elliptical or folding treadmill? I want to lose freight but Lord knows that I DONT want to get my lower body larger (muscle wise).     Cardio such as a treadmill or elliptical will not kind your leg muscles bigger. They may tone and define but not expand. That is achieved from weights. Ellipticals are better for your joint.

    Love the treadmill but don't dance with the guide ones, yes they are cheaper but do not work as well. I lost 10 pounds per month for three months on the treadmill but I also changed my approach of eating. I lost 30 pounds total but I looked approaching I had lost 50 pounds because of the lost of inches from the creamy treadmill exercising.
    Don't forget to get one near a warranty because I have however to have one that the motor have not burned out yet.

    The ammount of bulk lifted for respectively exercise does not matter as much as form and technique. If you're struggling on respectively and every rep, there's a problem. A good program starts small...next to lower weight and high-ranking reps...ideally in the 20 rep stock, and moves up in consignment till you can only do roughly 10-15, then steadily heavier freight and lower reps can be used to develop maximum power.
    The good comes from consistancy, repetition, and form. If you want to hoist more weight than you raise currently, then you hold to progress up to that ammount of weight by degree.

You are borderline when it comes to weight for your hieght, but you aren't ailing. If you want to gain weight for sports, that's great! Just fashion sure you do it in a athletic way. And no you won't get hold of obese by gaining solidity. The suggestion of that is ridiciulous to right to be heard the least. Remember that muscle weigh more than fat, so the more you work out and build your muscles, the more counterbalance you'll gain and the stronger you'll be for sports. Also consider having a on form protien bar ( from the form food store, not ones full of perservatives), or shake a day to add on extra calories. They have lots of calories contained by them and don't require much time to eat. You can also tag on protien powder to your drinks, but be careful next to it.
