Tricep exercises???

I am a 14 year old girl who like to lift weights. I hold 2 5 lb dumbells at home and i use them to work my biceps with this exercise video. does anyone know what exercises i can do to work my triceps? a connection with pictures would be great! =) and please dont voice im too young =PTricep exercises???

Dips are really good. All you have need of is a chair. You in recent times sit on the chair and consequently place your hands lower than your butt. Slid of the chair and push yourself up and down. It's quality of like doing a reverse pushup on a bench. Hope this helps.
Stand straight up next to the dumbell in your right paw with your right arm straight up. Bend at the elbow and lower the dumbell toward your shoulder keeping your elbow pointed toward the ceiling. Then push the cargo back up. Another exercise is to use a mass bench. Bend forward at the waist and put your left knees and left foot on the bench. Hold the dumbell in your right mitt and keep your wager on parellel to the ground. Keep your right elbow tight against the side of you body. The upper part of your right arm should be parrellel to the ground also and the lower segment of your right arm should be pointing down with your elbow at a 90 point angle. Now straighten your right arm and lift the cargo until your right arm is nearly straight and then slowly lower the weightiness. Your elbow should be against the side of your waist. Be sure to do both exercises for both arms. I hope this helps.
