Tips please?!?!?!?

i need to lose a bit weight contained by my abdomen, tips?Tips please?!?!?!?
since we cant choose which body parts to lose the shipment off - it have to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the network, enter all your stats and it will inform you how many calories you have need of a day to state, take past its sell-by date 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you requirement to lose.
eat 5-6 small meal a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a daylight
8 glasses of sea
have complex carbs for breakfast - they administer you energy
hold lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light counterbalance training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, long-gone etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, slippery.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while beside a little treat:)
