It really depends on how high-ceilinged you are and muscle tone among other things. You are under eighteen so the fully developed BMI scale will not work for you if you google BMI for children you should be capable of find one where you put surrounded by your height, consignment, and age. If you are still worried talked to your pediatrician they chart your BMI every year and can recount you if you are overweight, normal or underweight for your age and echelon. Depends mostly on your loftiness. Most children your age have self esteem issues. I doubt you are overweight, but if you are gossip to your parents and doctor to find a safe and athletic diet do not starve yourself.

In my high conservatory, if you have PE, you don't enjoy to take a shower. No one does. If you're on a sports troop, you can take a shower, but just about 25% of the guys do. I reflect on the other 75% just wanna see the 25%'s penis, lol. =P

It depends on if they engineer you or not at your school. At my university it's optional, but not a soul does it. At others though it's required. So ask around the older kids to see if you hold to or not. If you do, just don't deduce about it, cart a quick shower, and achieve done with it. I can know where you're coming from.

I enjoy the exact same problem. Sometimes I'll make it through the full day, but next right after dinner I'll pig out, so the whole year ends up as a waste. :[
Try chewing sugar-free gum. Even if you put away 5 pieces it'll be 50 calories max, whereas a piece of cake is 200-400.

Well, it always help to document what you eat on a day after day basis. Write down everything you chomp through for the day. Then read your review every day. You will be proud to read the accurate foods and not be happy roughly the bad foods. Plan ahead for a sound meal, and don't include cake on your shopping roll. Take control of what you eat.
