Tone my tummy but no 6 pack?

I want to tone my tummy, not a six pack, but the two lines going down ur abs. i dont have acsess to a gym. minister to. i weigh 145 and 5;6 to fat? facilitate w/ both please!Tone my tummy but no 6 pack?
You need to do ab workouts and cardio. Good ab workouts for what you want are side crunches, and leg raise. Also you need at most minuscule 45min of cardio 3 times a week. The first 15-20 mins of cardio will only burn sugar for enthusiasm, this is why you have to do it so long basis your brain will tell you body that its going to be long permanent status and start burn fat for life. You also need to get through a healthy diet large in protein, surrounding substance Carbs, Low in Fat and Sugar. Once you take to where you want to be its greatly easier to stay there later getting there. Hope this Helps.
Pilates for abs is a great instrument to get a tone mid drift. I stir up every morning at 6 am and pop in the pilates dvd and work it.
sit ups, run , lunge rope, and do jumping jacks!
