Thunderthighs freshly a one time storm?

what are good, straightforward exercises to work out the inner thigh to get rid of that extra large.Thunderthighs freshly a one time storm?
i dont have THUNDER thighs...but thats wat i want 2 know...
i surmise that you should probably do some cardio because that is the best at burning portly without accumulation bulk. also do some squats or squat thrusts (google it) and waht's called mountain climbers-- seize into a pushup position and move your feet towards your chest and vertebrae like you're running. also if you slouch on your side with your legs striaght out and foot flexed and move your leg up and down.
also glamour magazine has a different program called body by glamour that shows you alot of workouts and intake plans for getting in shape.
