Ugh, please give support to me.?

I'm trying to stop eating cast-offs food and eat unbelievably little but I always gain tempted. I be doing good for resembling a day lol, but after I pigged out on cake. What can I do to stop the temptations?Ugh, please give support to me.?

I enjoy the exact same problem. Sometimes I'll make it through the full day, but next right after dinner I'll pig out, so the whole year ends up as a waste. :[
Try chewing sugar-free gum. Even if you put away 5 pieces it'll be 50 calories max, whereas a piece of cake is 200-400.

Well, it always help to document what you eat on a day after day basis. Write down everything you chomp through for the day. Then read your review every day. You will be proud to read the accurate foods and not be happy roughly the bad foods. Plan ahead for a sound meal, and don't include cake on your shopping roll. Take control of what you eat.
