Not really healthy. I verbs an iron deficiency (a virtuous vege source can be found in Chick Peas, Spinach and Bran) a dearth of essential fatty acids (specifically Omega 3 - a good vege source can be found within linseeds) and depleted levels of several minerals including zinc. Also, at hand are substances that occur contained by muesli called phytates that prevent the absorbtion of convinced minerals. Not to mention that the whole piece sounds a bit boring!
They do have adjectives the vits you need but you also obligation fats and carbs and iron to remain decent.
and you will need protein - fish or chicken or somesuch
Def not. We are supposed to enjoy a balanced diet - this manner we need some perfect fats, some protein and some iron and other minerals, etc. This is ok for breakfast, but you inevitability some other stuff too!!
Depends what you put in the muesli
-Apricots - iron content
-Seeds would provide omega 3 (maybe??)
-Yoghurt protein and calcium
-Oats adjectives the carbs you need
Fruit adjectives the vits you need.
So yes no probs!
Nope, specifically nowhere near to a floating diet, several vitamins and many minerals and trace elements are missing. Also nearby is not near satisfactory protein.
