Thick flabby thighs, please abet!?

Umm okay my thighs are really incredibly flabby, like they look similar to jell-o. it's gross. do you know some excercises i can use? i tried watching what i eat but that single makes my butt smaller. so leg excercises anyone? thx.Thick flabby thighs, please abet!?
Leg lift. There great. They toned my legs up nicely. Just do 50 on respectively leg everyday and it will tone them up :)
ride a bike instead of driving or taking the bus. it's such good exercise for your thigghs.
run!
running, leg lift, squats, and of course walking. hope this help!

JUST RUN TRUST ME! GET YOURSELF A TREADMILL IN YOUR HOME AND RUN FOR 20 MINS 4 TIMES A WEEK AND FROM THEN ONE RUN FOR LONGER PERIODS OF TIME, NOTHING HELPS MORE THAN HAVE SOME GOOD WORKOUT IN YOUR LEGS BY RUNNING
Run, rollerblade, cycle, or row.
Squats are really good for your legs. Also apt for your behind as powerfully.
Try walking more. Park further in parking lots. tredmill, but outdoors is so much better for your self-esteem.
Are you pear shaped? Ok, squats, speed walking, stairs, step-up box
dude, you hold like really small legs. you don't necessitate to do anything.
