Thinner Thighs Without Running?

I really need to loose some podginess off my thighs and i really dislike intensely running and going to the gym...any ideas to slim my thighs?Thinner Thighs Without Running?
any nice of cardio will help doesn't own to be running. also try this plie squats. with your toes, hips and knees facing contained by a forward direction and your feet wider than your hips lower your tail bone towards the ground. it is defining to think of your tail bone close to an arrow and to keep it other pointed straight down to get the correct effects from this exercise. squats are also well-mannered for the upper leg on a whole. engender sure to keep your consignment on your heels and lower yourself down as if you were going to sit down on a bench behind you. scrutinize your knees. if they are ever blocking your view of your toes you are NOT doing it correctly. knees should stay bringing up the rear toes while bent. add weights to this when you obtain good at it.

Well if you repugnance running and going to the gym your pretty much out of luck... There are some exercises you can do, but the most effective article is using machines at the gym and jogging...
