Tricks to sleep faster?

I cant sleep while im in bed.Ihave to continue like 1-2 hours until i find myself surrounded by the morningTricks to sleep faster?
My mother always tell me to sort of relax your entire body slowly..Sort of stretch your toes, Then your legs, then your stomach..On and on. Hope It help! :)

enjoy a warm relaxing hip bath before bed.
camomile tea or hot milk is pious before bed.
and most of adjectives, dont keep looking at the clock, dont expect "if i sleep now, below par have such and such hours sleep" that will maintain you awake.
If you have each day worries bills etc, i know it sounds silly but imaging a box in your mind, embark on it up put all them type of things surrounded by there close the box write out on a post-it concordat with tomorrow. that works beside me.

Try a complex carb snack simply prior to turning in.
I sometimes get through a slice of toast with peanut butter and a chalice of milk. That usually takes diligence of it. You can try aromatherapy and place a bit of lavender oil on a tissue or your pillow to smell as you try to turn to sleep. When you find yourself dwelling on issues, try to think of one word or phrase and repeat it over and over keeping that as your largest focus.
