Tomorrow I start trying to lose immensity?

I need to lose similar to 10 pounds by the Summer. How can I keep ingestion healthy short giving up. Any suggestions? I am 15 years old, and womanly. I do track for exercise.if that helps.Tomorrow I start trying to lose immensity?
