Treadmill ..instruction book or motor? also, treadmill or elipctical?

Hi! im looking to buy a treadmill or eliptical, im looking more towards the treadmill. im over wieght and looking to loose about 50 pounds, is the encyclopaedia treadmill a good choice, its cheaper so im penchant more towards the manual.
also... is it possible to loose 10pounds a month?Treadmill ..instruction book or motor? also, treadmill or elipctical?
Love the treadmill but don't dance with the guide ones, yes they are cheaper but do not work as well. I lost 10 pounds per month for three months on the treadmill but I also changed my approach of eating. I lost 30 pounds total but I looked approaching I had lost 50 pounds because of the lost of inches from the creamy treadmill exercising.
Don't forget to get one near a warranty because I have however to have one that the motor have not burned out yet.
Best of luck !
P.s. Remember, cheaper is not other better ! OH, and don't forget to go to the store beside your workout shoes on and try some of the treadmills out.
Sure it's possible to lose 10 but that's a bit much. Treadmills are good exercise. Just mind with the electric b/c you can procure hurt on it! I don't like elipticals.
guide treadmills are not good at adjectives, you would be better off walking around your living room. if i be you i would def. save up the money and buy an automatic treadmill they work wonders!
forget the treadmill, set free your money,it becomes exceedingly boring looking at the curtain or where ever you are going to put it.tramp for 1 hour every day ,adjectives seasons,no excuse, exercise is useless unless you see what you eat, hang on to away from take-away.no fat,no sugar.you can loose that shipment but it will take time
