i own no clue but i been doing crunchs every dark before bed and when i rouse up till i cant do any more!! and the past 2 weeks i notice my stomach has looks a moment or two slimmer! and yes keep a fair diet! no FAST food! ( maybe a grilled chicken sandwich and some yogart if you love mcdonalds) product sure you eat little portions and go and get rid of the soda... >.< that what i have be doing but its hard to stay away fromt he soda /cry
