Thick calves?

Would walking/running help gossamer out my calves...
Like would the muscels in my calves go and get thinner?Thick calves?
Walking is a definite muscle builder and an overall path to achieve and declare good condition. Unfortunately, some of us are just genetically predisposed to own problem areas on our body, and we women seem cursed near leg issues. I have muscular calves from years of dance, but I can't completely tone the insides of my thighs to save me soul. :)
Sometimes, we of late need to do our best and adopt ourselves for who and what we are. Good Luck!

Well most plausible, if the muscles in your calf are too big...consequently chances are you enjoy been overtraining them when consignment lifting :) Reduce weight and increase reps...
Running will weaken out your calves if your calves have a bit bit more fat than you decision or if the muscle you have built requirements to be toned.
No. LOL. Exercising muscles makes them bigger. Not smaller.
All the above might sustain. Some people generally have ample calves. If the rest of your legs are in proportion, approaching smaller ankles and not too large knees, I'm sure your calves would look biddable. Your calves probably make your ankles look correct and trim.
i have duplicate problem, but no matter how much i diet and exercise they dont attain smaller, everything else does!
