The amount of calories i lose running one mile, will I lose equal amount riding a bike 1 mile?

that was cross-examine one. Question 2# how many miles do I hold to run/walk/jog or whatevr to lose a pound.
If the first question you answered is no, how plentiful miles do I have to do to lose a pound riding a bike? The amount of calories i lose running one mile, will I lose equal amount riding a bike 1 mile?
Hi, it depends on some factor. Are you running the same route you are cycling? if so you will burn more running.
The other cross-question, each 1lb of obese contains 3500 calories. You can burn roughly 600-800 calories in a 1 hour intense run depending on how much of your max heart rate you are keeping at. So thats 6 days a week of 1 hour runs to lose 1lb of corpulent.
Depending on the intensity, generally speaking, running burns alot more calories than biking, so you would lose more running and the cargo loss depends on many factor, so thats hard to determine.
Running will burn channel more calories per mile. 3600 calories = 1 pound. Burn that many and you will lose a pound.
No it won't. The point of a bike is to fashion traveling easier. You'll have to shift farther on a bike to lose the same number of caloires as running . For #2, it adjectives depends on your metabolism and your level of excercise. But it won't support unless you start watching your diet.
I bike everyday..I have to bike 10 miles to see a difference...EVERY DAY.you own to keep your heart rate elevated for more than 20 mintues..If you ride close to I do, it only take half an hour to ride five miles..so you really own to double that to see a difference.
You have to burn 3,500 calories everyday plus the calories you embezzle in...You single burn about 500 calories or so biking... Its take good unyielding sweating to burn some calories
