Tell me going on for this what i ate today if its ok! and what 2 do subsequent.. thankfulness!! plz do relieve?

Hi, im 15 male on on form plan. In the morning i had cocopops at 8.15am. Then at 11.30 i have water and egg sandwitch. Now im not hungry its 13.10. What should i get through next to lose immensity but healthily for today. Than ks!

It sounds as if you need some fruits and veggies surrounded by your diet. Why have some strawberries, cucumbers, or watermelon? Maybe hold a salad with of late a little dressing on it.
I enjoy to mention, though, if you're trying to eat healthily, Coco Pops hold 13 grams of sugar per ounce, and only 1 gram of protein and fiber. There are cereal out there that are better for you! You could try Mini Shredded Wheat, Honey Nut Cheerios, or Raisin Bran.
First, stop consumption all those civilized carbs--sugared cereal and bread, etc. Then eat things near lots of vegetables and protein. Like string cheese, omelettes, carrot sticks, celery, wraps, salads, etc. Then you won't be hungry (protein helps you surface full for longer and vegetables fill you up in need many calories). There own also been studies that calcium help to lose weight, so you might want to drink some skim milk, or chomp through some lowfat yogurt.
