Swimsuit body?

i am about 162lbs. do you assume that in nearly one month and umm 2 weeks i could slim down to look ok in a swimsuit to be a short time nicer in the legs.
if so please assist me with what i can do...

you dont own to think give or take a few what other people will read aloud or think. lately wear anything you want as long as you feel comfortable. earlier im so insecure about my body mete out i think im too skinny but when i start doing ramp modeling...ive realize that its merely you who can make you have a feeling hot and sexy...not those compliments that you receive from other people
depends on ur largeness ! if u excercise alot and eat tough ull be fine
Honestly, who knows. Just the counterbalance is not enough information. What's your height above sea level? Body fat percentage? (That's the one that really counts!) With a strong diet, you can lose about 1-2 lbs/week, perchance 3 lbs tops.
What's your height? you could be at a accurate weight if you are 5 8" or taller. I believe you could lose 15 to 20 pounds in a month, if you surface you need to lose bulk. Good luck!
Depends, if you eat right and bear care of yourself consequently I think that you will look fine contained by a bathing suit. If you want to workout your legs you could try riding a stationary bike. or heck a real bike. Walking, and running are great ways to work out your legs. and they are adjectives good for your heart as economically. Just dont push yourself to hard.
