It is one of the least "fishy" taste and moist fish. It is pretty much bullit rpoof when it comes to cooking it as it takes deeply to dry it out. Tastes more like Cod than anything else.
It's in reality TILAPIA and its a kind of Tuna, pretty delicious and deeply high on proteine
Yes Talapia is a fish. Over the years it have taken the place of the cheaper fish like Boston Bluefish. It is a restrained tasting fish and is reasonably tasty. I use it at home relatively a bit as it is a cheaper fish to buy. Pollack is also another inexpensive fish as well.
Both are similar, bedside light and flaky texture, broil or panfry is the best.

It's a white fish, sort of like flounder. Not really strong tasting- good next to tartar sauce.
Not too fishy...take other flavors well.
