Tell Me How!?

ok well,
I am 14 years behind the times, 5'7", and 140lbs
I would like to be 115 lbs
I hold really big thighs and a huge butt, and the other thing that bugs me is i enjoy those so called "love handles" which drive me crazy
I'm not at adjectives fat but i would approaching to have a slim and toned body that i can dance out and be proud of
please help me

Join a sports troop at school.
run 10 miles a week. do sit ups, no more soda, and chomp through better.
Just replace the junk you devour with fruits and vegetables, and travel jogging every morning beforehand school. You might lose a couple of pounds per week doing this.
